Assistant Foreman

Your role: building, managing, and collaborating

As a Working Foreman, you are the face of the workplace. You are the connecting link between engineering, work preparation, and execution. You ensure that projects run smoothly, safely, and according to plan—and you are just as happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in yourself.

This is what you will be doing:

• You will manage a small, close-knit team of professionals during the construction, assembly, and installation of (parts of) production lines.
• You will actively participate in assembly, finishing, and commissioning.
• You will translate technical drawings and project plans into clear tasks for the team.
• You will monitor quality, progress, and safety on the work floor.
• You will communicate directly with engineers, project leaders, and customers.
• You will contribute ideas for improvements, smarter solutions, and technical optimizations.
• You will ensure a neat, safe, and organized workplace, both in the workshop and on site.
